Arnaud Le Texier – Perfumes of our dead times
Arnaud Le Texier drops one of his finest E.P. to date on Safari Electronique. With his hitech jacket on, he takes us through the genial, jazz stylings of “Perfumes of Our Dead Times“, which is a combination of the softer, lo-slung and groovy electronic sounds from mr Le Texier.
Personally I am only interested in the marvelous digital bonus track “Emmanuel Ternois WTF“ remix of “You Know”. With its brilliant chopped-up samples, and an increase in pace. The other tracks are more then fine, but don’t have that special little something for me that “You Know” has.
